Keep your mouth clean

Cleanliness is very important to me. I love to be clean and smell clean. I am one of those blessed people who rarely have bad breath. In fact, I have been told that I don't even get morning breath - and that is a fact! Sometimes I do and I can tell when I do, but most times I do not.

I am a good flosser. I brush my teeth when I wake up, at lunch and again before bed. If I eat too much sugar, then I will brush again to get rid of that awful plaque. I love a clean mouth.
I floss numerous times a day. I have floss containers in my bedroom, bathroom, purse and kitchen.

Flossing is so important. And so is brushing your tongue. It's impossible to get rid of all that nasty bacteria in your mouth by brushing alone. Forget about the cavities and just concentrate on the smell. One step at a time. If you have halitosis or bad breath, then you should be flossing. I tell my special friend that a lot. He flosses once a week. Well, he is gettting a lot better.

I encourage you to floss. I don't have time right now to post the facts on flossing...but I will do that when I have more time. Right now I must go. My tampon has got to be changed now.

I'm interested in hearing about your MOUTH habits? How many times a day do you brush and floss? Do you brush your tongue daily? How is your breath??????

Ciao for now good friends and anonymous admirerers.

Love janice

Janice,
I floss a few times a week. I brush twice a day and I normally don't have bad breath. But Since I have been fasting my breath is horrible. I am taking these colon cleanse pill and they stay with me all day.

It's really gross, any tips for me?

Well dear, there's not a whole lot you can do about bad breath when you're cleansing. The toxins come out and they don't leave a pretty stench.
For one, I would maybe try brushing three times a day instead of two and FOR SURE flossing at least once a day. A few times a week won't cut it dear. Also make sure to brush your tongue or scrape it because most of the bacteria comes from your tongue and not as much your teeth. I would chew gum, use mouthwash or suck on cloves.
Hope this helps. I feel bad for your husband and kids. IEWWWWWWWWWWW!

One more thing. Try adding some fresh parsley to your smoothies or just chew on some. This helps a lot with bad breath as well.
